Oddmi ("we," "us," "our") operates oddmi.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. For US customers, it addresses rights available under applicable state privacy laws.

From you directly:

  • Name, email, shipping/billing address, and phone number, when you place an order or join our mailing list
  • Payment information when you make a purchase — processed directly by Shopify Payments; we do not store your full card details
  • Account information (username, password) if you create an account
  • Anything you send us directly, such as emails to hello@oddmi.com (e.g., order numbers, photos for a defect claim)

Automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through Shopify as part of standard site operation
  • Order and purchase history

We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel) that we've added ourselves. If this changes, we will update this policy. Who We Share Information With

  • EmailOctopus — our email service provider, used to send marketing and waitlist emails to subscribers.
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order, we share your name and shipping address with the carrier fulfilling your package.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where required by law (e.g., subpoenas or government requests), or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
