Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping to Canada
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $40 CAD (before tax) *
- Flat rate: $7 CAD on orders under $40 CAD
*Free shipping over $40 excludes Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
Shipping to the United States
- Delivery time: 3–8 business days
- Flat rate: $8 USD
A note on U.S. duties and tariffs: As of August 2025, the U.S. government suspended the de minimis exemption, meaning all imported goods — regardless of order value — are now subject to duties upon entry. Oddmi has built these costs into our product pricing, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise fees, no charges at your door.
Where We Ship
Oddmi currently ships to Canada and the United States. We're working on bringing Oddmi to the UK and EU — join our mailing list to be the first to know when we get there.
